Carriage is free on all orders over £40.00 to mainland
For mainland UK orders up to £40.00, carriage is £3.95. Carriage for all orders to Europe is £8.95 and to USA £12.95.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days of receipt of order. Delivery is subject to payment/credit clearance and stock availability. Payment by cheque will delay this process as we will only dispatch goods once your cheque has cleared. Depending on weight and size, deliveries are either via Royal Mail or Courier service.
Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.
Very rarely, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you if this is the case as soon we have received your order and advise you of a delivery date, which, in most cases, will be no more than 7 days.
Please inform us if you have a 'must deliver by' date.
Returns
If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return them, please telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been assembled, used, washed or damaged or any personalised items.
